How to book a Vegas Wedding FAQs
Please explain the photo packages.
There are two types of photo packages: Some packages will come with a credit to be used towards the purchase of photos, and some packages will include all of the ceremony photos on a USB. The photography session increases with each package you go up, so the larger the package, the more photos there are. Both types of the photo packages are described below.
For the packages that come with a photo credit: Our professional photographer will be taking candid photos during the ceremony as well as posed/formal photos of the wedding couple after the ceremony. After the ceremony and photo session, you will be viewing a quick slideshow of your photos. You will have the opportunity to purchase all of your digital photos on a USB Drive with a copyright release. These will only be available for purchase at this time. There will be different packages available for the USB drive and the pricing starts at $399, depending on your package. You will be able to use your photo credit towards the price of the USB and take it home with you the same day. If you do not want to purchase the USB with all of your digital photos, you will then be able to use your credit to purchase individual prints online, at a later time. These printed photos are priced at $15 for one 5x7, and $30 for one 8x10. With the purchase of the USB drive, you will be able to download and save the images to your computer, print them at any store or online, and also share them with your friends and family and on social media.
For the packages that come with the candid ceremony photos: Our professional photographer will be taking candid photos during the ceremony as well as posed/formal photos of the after the ceremony. With these packages, we will be able to include your immediate family and bridal party in the photo shoot. After the ceremony and photo session, you will be viewing a quick slideshow of your photos. The photos that are taken during the ceremony (from the moment you walk down the aisle until the kiss) are included in your package, on a USB drive. You will have the opportunity to purchase all of the posed/formal photos on the USB Drive with a copyright release. These will only be available for purchase at this time. There will be different USB packages available, and the pricing starts at $499, depending on your package.
What is a Personal Online Photo and Video Gallery?
Every package comes with a personal photo and video gallery. This means that your photos and the video of your ceremony will be on our website for a minimum of 30 days, with unlimited viewing. This is great for those who are unable to make it to your ceremony. Click here for the link to the photo gallery. Click here for the link to the ceremony videos.
How do we make reservations for our Las Vegas Wedding?
You can either call the chapel at 800-821-2452 or 702-739-7971 between 8am and 11pm Pacific Time, daily, or you can make reservations on our web site – all information is secure and encrypted. All online reservations require full, non-refundable payment and confirmation is made by a follow-up email within 48 hours.
How much is the deposit?
Generally, your package is paid in full at the time of reservation. However, we may be able to work out a deposit with our larger packages, just call to arrange this with one of our wedding consultants.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is a guarantee, which holds the chapel for your ceremony. Once scheduled, ALL payments are non-refundable. If, however, you should wish to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, provided the rescheduled time is available. If you wish to leave your rescheduled date/time open, we can accommodate that as well – your deposit amount will remain on account and will be applied upon your rescheduling. If you cannot make your reserved date and time, you must contact us prior to your ceremony in order to reschedule or put your reservation on hold. If you do not show up for your ceremony at your reserved date and time, without canceling or rescheduling, your deposit will then be forfeited.
How much is the minister’s fee?
We will arrange for and provide the minister for your ceremony. The minister’s fee is not included in any of the wedding or vow renewal packages and is required. The fee is $60-$100, as specified with each package, and is paid to the minister, in cash, at the time of your ceremony. (The minister fee for a Spanish or French speaking minister will be $160 – $200). The minister will perform your ceremony and will also file the paperwork at the recorder’s office.
Where do we obtain a marriage license?
The Clark County Marriage Bureau is open from 8am to 12am, every day of the year (yes, this includes weekends and holidays). The marriage bureau is in the Regional Justice Center building located at 201 Clark Avenue on the corner of 3rd and Clark in downtown Las Vegas. Both the bride and groom must be present and have valid photo identification (driver’s license, passport or military id). The cost is $77. No blood test is required, there is no waiting period, and previous divorce papers are not required. You MUST obtain the license before the wedding ceremony. You have the opportunity to apply online for your marriage license and then you will be able to go to the “fast lane” to pick it up. Click Here for more information.
How long prior to the ceremony should we arrive?
You will need to arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please check in at the office behind the chapel with your Nevada marriage license, and the minister’s fee. We will need a minimum of 15 minutes to get you checked in. If you arrive at your ceremony time, we will not be able to start your ceremony at your reserved time and you may lose your spot. Your guests should all be here 15 minutes prior to your ceremony. We are unable to delay your ceremony for late guests. If you are late, you will have to reschedule or wait for the next available time.
Do you offer vow renewals and what is required?
Yes, our vow renewal packages are the same as our wedding packages. You do not need to obtain another marriage license if you are already married, we will have you fill out a statement of marriage when you check in at the chapel office.
Do you offer same sex ceremonies?
Yes, we welcome same sex couples for weddings as well as vow renewals.
How many guests can we have?
Our chapel seats up to 50 people. The maximum capacity is 75. Our Let’s Elope package is an elopement package that is designed for just the bride and groom, without any guests. Any of our other packages can accommodate any number of guests. We do not have any additional “per guest” charges.
Our Little Garden of the West will seat up to 80, and being an outdoor venue, there is really no limit on the number of guests, as there is ample room for people to stand.

Yes, additional flowers can be ordered. Boutonnieres, bouquets, rose presentations and corsages are available. We have a full service floral shop on the premises and we can make anything that you need, including table centerpieces.
How long does a ceremony last?
Depending on the package that you have, you could be in the chapel anywhere from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. This will include the ceremony and the photo session in the chapel. The larger the package, the longer the time is in the chapel, this is due to the length of the ceremony as well as the photography session.

Don’t worry, we are happy to provide a witness for you, at no charge. How to book a Vegas Wedding FAQs
